IN SHORT
- Simply OTP Login & Notify is free to install; paid plans are $4.99 (Basic) and $19.99 (Premium) a month, each with a seven-day free trial.
- Every plan covers the first 100,000 customers, then adds $5 a month per additional 100,000.
- OTP and notification messages are charged per message on top of the plan, at a rate that depends on the country and the channel.
- WhatsApp and email rates are the same on every plan; SMS gets cheaper on Basic and cheaper again on Premium.
- Premium can connect your own messaging provider for a one-time $599 (one channel) or $999 (two channels).

What a month costs
The plan is the small part of the bill for most stores. The messages are the rest. The figures here are for a US store sending 2,000 SMS login codes a month: the plan price plus 2,000 × the US SMS rate on that plan.
Because SMS gets cheaper as the plan goes up, the higher plan is the cheaper bill once volume is high enough. If most customers log in by WhatsApp or email, the rates are the same on every plan and the choice comes down to features.

Usage rates by country
Per message, in USD, for 152 countries. OTP rates are for sending a one-time code; notification rates are for order and shipping messages. The rates come from the messaging providers we deliver through (companies such as MSG91, Twilio, Gupshup, TrustSignal and WhatsApp) and our team updates them in our system and on this page when they change.

Pricing questions
Does the plan price include the OTP messages?
No. The plan price covers the app. Each OTP and notification sent through the default services is charged per message, at the rate for the recipient’s country and the channel used. The full table is on this page.
Why is SMS cheaper on the higher plans?
Per-message SMS rates fall as the plan goes up, while WhatsApp and email stay the same. On a store that sends a lot of SMS codes, the saving on messages can outweigh the difference in plan price. Work it out from your own volume and the rate for your main market.
What does the customer-count charge mean?
The first 100,000 customers are included on every plan. Above that the base price rises by $5 a month for each additional 100,000 customers. It does not change the B2B add-on price.
Can we use our own SMS or WhatsApp provider instead?
Yes, on Premium. The integration add-on is a one-time setup fee ($599 for one channel, $999 for two) and our team does the integration and configuration. You then pay your provider directly for messages instead of paying the usage rates here.
Is there a free trial?
Basic and Premium both have a seven-day free trial. The Free plan has no subscription charge, though usage charges for messages still apply.
